A cleaning fee is built into each rental contract. This cleaning charge assumes that our cleaning staff will need to spend no more then 4 hours preparing the unit after you have departed. It also assumes that a nominal amount of cleaning supplies will be consumed.
It is the responsibility of the tenants to ensure the property is left clean and tidy enough so that the staff will only need to spend their allotted time to get the place ready for our next guests. Charges will be incurred for any additional time spent cleaning above and beyond the budgeted time. This means that a thorough cleaning must be done prior to departure! Specific cleaning instructions are available in each unit.
Properties must be left in the condition in which they were found. Please do not leave your garbage behind! All garbage must be put into proper green garbage bags and placed in the garbage bins located on the property or they must be removed from the premises and not left at the cottage! Charge will be incurred for the removal of left over garbage.
